Skills training

• Since these women have no education so they either work as a day laborer with men or work as a maid servant to someone’s home and most of the times they are sexually harassed.
• Presently Al Ihsan center is providing them job readiness skills training in tailoring, computer typing and hand crafting.
• Future plan of Al Ihsan Center is to add Poultry and Cattle farming and vegetable gardening
  The present training room is in an open field which is needed to be moved in a training center that has a roof and training room set up. It also needs more full-time trainer in order to build their skills sooner so that more batches could be served.
