What we do

Al-Ihsan Humanitarian Support

Beyond the classroom and orphanage walls, Al-Ihsan reaches into the wider community — feeding families during Ramadan, clothing children for Eid, educating elderly women, and welcoming land donations that expand our mission across Bangladesh.

Iftar Program

Al-Ihsan arranges an Iftar program every year to support and bring joy to orphans, elderly trainee women, regular school students with their guardians, and underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan.

This gathering strengthens community bonds, spreads happiness, and ensures everyone can experience the spirit and blessings of Ramadan together through shared meals and heartfelt moments.

Fidya Distribution

Al-Ihsan conducts Fidya distribution annually to assist those who are unable to fast due to chronic illness, old age, or other valid reasons. The Fidya is distributed among the poor and underprivileged.

This initiative ensures that the obligations of Fidya are fulfilled properly and that essential support reaches the most deserving members of the community during the blessed month of Ramadan.

Every Eid, Al-Ihsan distributes food bags of essential staples to orphans, widows, and underprivileged families in the community — ensuring every household can prepare a proper meal and celebrate Eid with dignity.

Elderly Women Education Program

Al-Ihsan runs an Elderly Women Education Program to empower older, widowed, and underprivileged women through basic Islamic education and vocational training. The program is designed to restore confidence and promote lifelong learning.

Through this initiative, these women gain the knowledge and skills necessary to improve their daily lives, engage with their communities, and uphold their dignity with independence and purpose.

After successfully passing the examination, sewing machines and cash are distributed by Al-Ihsan to support their journey toward self-reliance.
